When should I place to order?
Because the chocolates are fresh made and packed before delivery we kindly ask you to place the order 7 days in advance. This gives us time to produce and pack the chocolates up to the highest standard. * Chocolates gift box : 500 boxes and above, please make order at least 1 month before delivery. * Chocolate gift for 'hantaran' at least 2 month before.
How can i pay for my order :
1. 50% down payment.
- Balance when delivery.
2. All goods sold are not returnable. We reserve the rights to forfeit any deposits paid in the case of any cancellations after confirmation of order.
About the delivery :
1. Customer must made a full payment include delivery charges.
2. Delivery charges apply as we use courier service OR you can self collect @ Ampang area.
3. Delivery charges for Klang Valley : RM15
* Outside Klang Valley : The delivery charges are depends to the weight and distance. We will courier by DHL or Pos Laju Malaysia within 1-3 working days.
*FREE delivery for order RM1500 above. (Klang Valley Only)
What is the shelf life of the chocolates :
Our chocolates have a shelf life of minimum 5 weeks depends on the storage condition.
OTHERS INFO : How to keep the chocolates
Chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place between 18oC - 23oC, keep it away from direct sunlight. An air conditioned room environment or airy living room under the fan where the humidity is constant is an advantage.
